Angelic Invocation Exercise
Draw a large circle on a blank piece of paper. In the center, write your own mantra that will invoke the angels in your life. It can be the name of your guardian angel, or a phrase like ‘my angels fill my life with joy’. Keep it short and create a feeling. Meditate on this shape and mantra by looking into it and repeating the phrase in your mind for 10 minutes.
As a Meditation
- Be sure you are in a place where you will not be disturbed. Sit comfortably on the floor or in a chair in loose fitting clothes.
- Create ambiance by lighting candles (scented optional) or a dim lights, and play serene music on a low volume.
- Keep the page or shape itself on your lap or in front of you and look into it.
- Repeat the mantra in your mind. Allow visions, thoughts, feelings to flow. You may have an angelic encounter. Expect anything!
