Chakra Meditation

Try a daily meditation focusing on your chakras:
 
Sit comfortably, close your eyes, breathe deeply for several minutes focusing on your breath. Count of five for inhale, count of 10 for exhale, pushing air out from your diaphram. Continue until you feel completely relaxed.
Now open your crown chakra, asking the divine light come from the Source/God and into your first chakra, filling it with love, connection to the Divine, love and joy. In turn, imagine it clearing out any stuck or unwanted energy from the chakra.
Repeat this step through each chakra, moving down from the head. Remember to breathe as you call in the divine energy and exhale as you let go of stagnant energies.
When you’ve reached the root chakra, imagine the light moving down into the earth and letting go of unwanted energies for the earth to recycle.
After this, see a bubble form around you from the light running through you, creating your sacred space. Ask only those for your highest good be there. Continue to relax and enjoy the clearing of energy.
Take as long as you need for this meditation and repeat once a day for a week. It can change your whole life! =)
